今日は音楽を一緒に作り続けているT-waiこと山崎孝さんの誕生日。私にとって音楽の大恩人、出会ってから16年程になるのでしょうか。左側の写真は愛妻の陽子さんと共に、自宅に招いた時のショット。メロディーをピアノで弾いたものを渡し、アレンジして貰ったり。彼の創るサウンドを聴きながら自然に浮かぶメロディーを書き留めたり、色々な形で曲を一緒に作っています。いつか人との出会いは「星の巡り合わせ」のようだね、と言ってくれた孝さん。私達の音楽の軌道が変わらず周り続けている事、感謝です。

発売当初からお世話になっています。それまではスタジオにハチミツを置いて頂いて、お湯に溶かして使用。単発の仕事の場合は、カプセル状の蜂蜜や喉飴を持参し、現場でお湯に溶かしてスタジオに入っていました。でもお湯がない場所もあり、その時々で家からハーブティに蜂蜜を入れたものを持参したりしていました。そんな中、喉に優しく潤って、且つリップノイズがしない飲料水があれば良いなあと思っていました。市販の清涼飲料水は原材料名の糖分と添加物が気になり、控えがちでした。グリーンダカラは砂糖は極力控えてドライトマトエキス、レモン果汁、シークワーサーピール、グレープフルーツピールなどが入っています。香料、酸化防止剤など添加物も入っていますが、スクラロースなどの甘味料が入っていないのがポイント。今では毎週伺っているお台場と神谷町のスタジオで常備して頂き、感謝しています。2011年からご一緒させて頂いているTBS「カイモノラボ」のスタッフの方々にも、グリーンダカラ発売以来ポカリスエットに変わり用意して頂き、ありがとうございます！

キャピトル東急ホテル「オリガミ」で友人とブランチの後、初めて日枝神社に寄りました。入り口左右に猿の仏像がお出迎え、猿田彦神社も敷地内にあるのですね。五月の風が吹く夕暮れ、そういえば申年といっても我が家には猿の置物がなく。。三猿が描かれたグリーンの鎮座鈴守を見つけました。涼やかな音色が新緑に映えて響きます。
This year 2016 is the year of monkey, and this Hie shrine is also related to monkeys. (I've learned for the first time today.) So instead of a pair of guardian dogs, a pair of guardian monkeys will welcome you at the entrance. The right one is a husband monkey, and the left is a wife monkey holding a baby monkey in her hand. I've found a green amulet bell which three wise monkeys are drawn.

先日ルースレンデルのガールネクストドアを読みながら、その冒頭の筆者紹介の部分で、Ruth Rendell "was"となっていて、彼女が亡くなっていた事を知りました。初めて読んだのが、ハワイ語の先生で海外ミステリーの大ファンでもある川島ふじ子さんに勧められた「ロウフィールド館の惨劇」。深く印象に残りながらも、７０年代の翻訳が中心でそれ以降の作品は邦訳が少なく、読む機会がありませんでした。原書を見つけると、なるべく購入し読んでいましたが、"The Girl next door"は面白かったです！晩年を迎えたレンデルだからこそ描けた、老齢の登場人物と、その孫達の時代まで解明されなかった殺人事件が解き明かされます。まもなく100歳を迎える登場人物、そして老年期の恋愛模様も描かれ、思わず涙が溢れるシーンもありました。英国人に愛され、レンデルの作品のテレビシリーズがイギリスで高視聴率が続いたのも頷けました。
Ruth Rendell was an English author of thrillers and psychological murder mysteries. Rendell was born in South Woodford, London. Rendell had a stroke on Jan 7, 2015 and died on May 2, 2015. My first experience reading Rendell was "Judgement in Stone" in Japanese recommended by Fujiko Kawashima who loved English mysteries.But these days in Japan, no more Rendell mysteries translated in Japanese. So I started to read them in English. Her latest mystery novel called"The Girl next door"was brilliant. Rest in peace, Ruth, and thank you for giving me "a joy "to read mystery novels.

毎週のように生放送でご一緒している恵歩さんと初めてお会いしたのは、2013年3月。初めてお会いするときは必ずファーストネームを伺うのですが「恵」が歩くと書いて、めぐほさんというお名前、素敵だな〜と印象に残ったのを思い出します。生放送の現場ではスタッフは歩くよりも走る事の方が多いけれど、いつも一生懸命に仕事をしている姿を影ながら応援していました。今月からスタッフロールのディレクターの部分に彼女の名前が載るようになり、自分の事のように嬉しかったです。右の女性は、以前ブログでもご紹介した会う度に美しくなる丸山薫ディレクター。キッチンナカムラのスタッフが作って下さったデザートの盛り合わせと共に、チョコレートで描いてくれたお祝いのメッセージ、ありがとうございました！
This is a shot taken at "Kitchen Nakamura", celebrating 恵歩 Meguho's promotion as a TV director. In Japanese,"恵"means "Blessing" and "歩" means "Walking". So when I first asked her name in 2013, I thought "What a lovely name, it's like Jesus Christ!"But actually, she really worked hard as an assistant director, and wherever she goes,she relieves and soften the atmosphere with her cute puppy eyes. She succeeded in her bid to become as a director of "Mr Sunday".

2006年にテレビの情報番組でご一緒して、我が家にも遊びに来てくれた長嶋永知プロデューサー。今迄出会ったディレクター、プロデューサーの中で、心に強い印象を残した５人の中の1人です。その風の様な生き方が素敵で、我が家でも事ある毎に名前が挙がるのりちゃん。この度、愛娘の天音ちゃんが、念願の宝塚の初舞台を踏むことに！宝塚大劇場までご招待して頂き、日帰りで初観劇してきました。第102期生39人の中で口上の挨拶をされた日に伺い、夢を叶えたお嬢さんの凛々しい姿に、目頭が熱くなりました。
This is my friend's daughter, Amane Sumika. She has just graduated Takarazuka Music School, and made her debut on Takarazuka Revue's Star Troupe. Her father, Noritomo Nagashima ,a Chief Executive Officer of Clan Crest, used to tell me how his daughter was challenging and searching for her way to live as a dancer, when she was just 12 or 13.She finally made her dream come true by passing an exam of Takarazuka Music School so difficult that only 39 out of 1065 applicants managed to pass. So here she is with a full of smiles after graduating Music School and ready to start her New Life as a Star!

94年からラジオ番組で大変お世話になった平本誠一さん、この春退職される旨伺い、ご同僚のお二人もお招きしてお祝いの食卓を囲みました。この22年間毎年のように誕生日祝いを送って頂き、写真左側の井口幸陽さんと一緒に、ディナーにお招き頂きました。美味しい料理、ワインの味わい方、おもてなしの心などもお二人から教えて頂く事が多かった気がします。向かって右端の鹿取悠子さんは、お二人と同じチームで働く広告代理店の営業ウーマン、ラジオCMのスタジオで数年ご一緒させて頂きました。仕事から離れても、時々お会いする間柄に。久しぶりに4人で会えたこと、感謝しています。今回お世話になったキャピトル東急ホテル「オリガミ」のスタッフの皆さま、暖かい時間をありがとうございました！
We had a happy retirement party at Origami.The guest of honor is Mr Hiramoto whom I've known for 22 years through a radio program. He served 34 years as a chief of sales department for ad agency, Daiko. What I respect of him most is his heart of hospitality and his optimistic character. Whenever he comes to our recording studio, he clears the atmosphere with his sunny smiles. Also, a dinner course and wines and champagnes were very good at All Day Dining"Origami". Very grateful to origami staffs, Mr Uichiro Okubo, Mr Takashi Hirai, Mr Takashi Kasahara, Mr Yoshitaka Watanabe, and an Origami Cheff, Naoto Nakamura.

春休みの最終日だったのでしょうか？ 子供連れのファミリーやインターナショナルスクールの生徒達も多く、海外からの観光客も目立った六本木ヒルズシネマ・スクリーン5の館内。恐竜アーロと少年スポットの魅力もさる事ながら、その自然風景の描写が素晴らしく、引き込まれました。実際に制作チームはアメリカ北西部のワイオミング州からオレゴン、モンタナ迄を旅し、その間出会った素晴らしい風景を基に描写。自然の中を駆け回り、成長していく恐竜と少年。名作「バンビ」と重なる部分もあり、涙が溢れました。印象的だったのは、劇場内で子供達が思わず笑うシーン。国籍を問わず、同じところで笑うんですよね。久しぶりに子供達の可愛い笑い声に癒された、一時でもありました。是非、字幕版でも観てみたい作品です。

This film also reminded me of "Bambi" in 1942. (Disney's 5th full-length animated film.)

今年になって初めて実家に帰り、遅ればせながら両親に新年の挨拶が出来ました。70代に入っても以前より精力的に海運の仕事に力を入れている父。この2月に出席した第1回スエズ運河世界会議のリポートを見せてくれました。今回はスエズ運河ポートサイード港・新チャネル竣工式典に、エジプトのシェリフ・イスマイル首相等と共に出席。その時の様子をいきいきと語る父から、大いに刺激を受けました。
1st Suez Canal Global Conference augments the role of the Suez Canal Authority in supporting maritime transport and industry. It is an event where both local and international stakeholders and key players meet to exchange viewpoints, and throughly investigate the available business opportunities, potentials and relevant challenges. My father, Yoshihisa Tateno was invited to this conference as a keynote speaker. We happened to know this news yesterday when we went back to my parents' house for the first time this year to say a new year greetings. Always inspired and stimulated by my parents who are still chasing their dreams and making their dreams come true.
