小さい頃は、仕事で不在がちな母に代わり面倒を見てもらい、母が闘病中は毎日病院に通いながら私たち姉妹の食事の支度をしてくれました。母亡き後は、自分の息子達と同じように私たちを娘のように可愛がってくれた叔母です。女子美時代に学んだデザインのセンスを生かし、結婚後は染め物を習ったりしていました。バックに映っているのは紅型で染めた叔母お手製のテーブルクロス。
This is my mother's younger sister Sawako.Today is her birthday.She raised me and my sister as her own children after my mother had passed away.I can't be here today without her help and everything.Also,July 12th is my friend Shigemi,Kyoko,and Paula's birthday,too!
