調製豆乳の代わりに最近使い始めた、スペイン製オーガニックアーモンドミルクです。毎朝飲むカフェオレやミルクティーのお供に、比較的添加物が少なめの「マルサン調製豆乳」を使用していましたが、このアルメンドーラのアーモンドミルクの添加物表記は、大豆由来の乳化剤のみ。コーヒーにはあまり合わなかったのですが、アイスティーにはピッタリ！残暑を癒してくれる一杯です。
ALMENDROLA Almond Bio is made with sweet Marcona almonds, one of the most flavorful varieties in the Mediterranean. The drink is prepared by grinding dried,peeled almonds and adding spring water to press and liquify them. A small amount of soy lecithin and sea salt is added to the drink as a stabilizer, and agave nectar is used as a sweetener.
